Pet Guarantee : Until your pup is 7 years old!

1. Seller guarantees puppy or dog to be healthy at the time of sale to the best of her ability.

2. Seller guarantees that the puppy or dog has been on a set deworming program and is up to date on the proper and appropriate vaccinations.

3. Seller guarantees the puppy or dog to be free from HIP & Elbow DYSPLASIA, (rated moderate or severe by OFA- or grade 2 or above on elbows )

(mild HD and grade one elbows do not show problems even in old age:)

4: Seller guarantees the puppy or dog to be free of Spinal Myopathy,as well as genetically proven heart ,pancreas or liver conditions until the pup reaches7 years of age.

5. Seller Guarantees puppy to have a temperament that is not extremely shy or extremely aggressive for a period of two years.

6. Seller will take puppy back within 10 days after purchase for any reason with full refund- minus deposit,

shipping/delivery expense is buyers responsibility.

1. The dog has been fed a high quality food (not soy based),and not been subject to an accident or injury that may have caused the condition.

2. The dog or puppy has not been sold to a second party or stayed with another owner than the buyer stated on this agreement.

3. That buyer is in good standing with the American Kennel Club.

5. The buyer has fed a suppliment of at least vitamin C dailey

6. The buyer will register the dog using ROYALAIR somewhere in the name, But may not use ROYALAIR in the name of any puppy resulting

from said dog or any dog not purchased directly from ROYALAIR.

7. Said dog , Male or female must have never produced a litter or all guarantees are invalid (you have made back your purchase price and more).

8. Unless this contract is signed and returned to me all guarantees are void.

Terms of Guarantee: (read carefully)

*Seller is not responsible for any future vet bills of any puppy or dog purchased from Royalair*

Buyer must provide written statements, addresses & phone numbers from 2 licensed veterinarians or the Orthopedic Animals Foundation statement( for hips) of moderate or severe) that the dog has a genetic defect covered by this agreement. For hips and elbows I will now only except OFA evaluation. If the dog is determined to have a genetic defect than the seller will replace the puppy with another puppy of equal or higher value at the first available litter .Buyer May keep original Pup! Seller is under no obligation to refund the money paid for the puppy but may do so if it is agreeable to both the Buyer and the Seller .Under no circumstances is the seller responsible for any future vet bills or health care bills the puppy may require. Shipment of the replacement puppy will be at the buyer's expense. If the buyer wishes to keep the first puppy with the crippling disease the cost of the puppy may be refunded if agreed by both parties, breeder will be obligated to return 1/2 purchase price only.. AKC papers must be returned to the breeder and the said dog shall be spayed or neutered.

Terms of Temperament Guarantee:

Buyer must provide written statements, addresses & phone numbers from 2 licensed veterinarians or 1 vet and one certified trainer that the said dog is extremely shy or aggressive, dog must have completed at least one obedience class, and certified to have done so. Seller will refund 1/2 the money of the purchase price if said dog. (Temper is half environment.) Replacement puppy may be provided at discretion of the breeder. Said dog must be "put down" by the buyers vet-- or returned to breeder.

Reduced Guarantee:

Any puppy sold for under $500 , or is still being paid for or that is not registered with the AKC by the age of one year will be sold under this guarantee. This applies to only # 1 & 2 under the pet guarantee . Puppies under this guarantee will receive limited registration papers. No replacement or refund exists under this guarantee and as with all guarantees in this contract ,seller is never obligated to pay any future vet bills/expenses of any puppy purchased at Royalair.

Temper Test

****All Royalair adults temper tests are a 3 -2 average, or a 3-4 with threes usually dominant.The number I put first means the dog had more of that number In His/Her score. A good shutzhund dog will test at least 1 or 2 therefore a Royalair shepherd may not be your best bet for shutzhund, even though they have a strong European background- I have gone a different way. But have strived to keep a dog with strong protective instinct, that comes from a different place then a good shutzhund drive ,in which prey or "chase" drives are very important

Meanings of your puppies score:

Mostly ones: This dog is very dominant and can have aggressive tendencies. He is quick to bite and is generally considered not good with children or the elderly.When combined with a 1or 2 with touch sensitivity, he will be a difficult dog to train. Not a dog for an inexperienced handler, he will take a competent trainer to establish leadership or dominance over this dog.
